Design and Symbolism
             The flag of Argentina resembles the flag of Uruguay, especially by its blue and white bands and yellow symbol of the sun. Two blue stripes are placed above and bellow and in the middle a white stripe is placed. A symbol of the sun generally known as the "Sun of May" is located in the middle of the white stripe which is a national emblem of Argentina.
